Notts County is the oldest football club in the country, formed in 1862. During the first half of the 1880s, it was the best club in England, with eight English Internationals in the same team.

The current Regional Cultural Strategy, Time for Culture was first produced in 2002. The Strategy is updated every five years and during 2005/6 we are consulting with partners, organisations, businesses and individuals on the development of the new Strategy.

With our partners we have produced a consultation document which outlines a vision for culture in the East Midlands. We would like your views on the proposals outlined in the document.

The consultation closed on Friday 10th February 2006.
